Flipped Classroom Format

This course will be taught using a flipped classroom format, which means that most traditional lectures will be delivered outside of class time through pre-recorded videos available via YouTube links. Students will be expected to watch these lectures before each class session. Class time will then be used for interactive discussions, hands-on activities, and collaborative analysis exercises, allowing students to actively engage with the material and deepen their understanding through applied learning

Canvas Official Course Platform

Canvas is Florida International University's primary learning platform for delivering online course content. In this course, we will be using Canvas only for student emails, posting course announcements, submission of assignments, and assigning grades.

All other course resources are provided on this external course shell. This site is being used so that students can have long term access to course content without violating individuals' educational privacy. As this course aims to foster discussions beyond the semester's end, it is critical that students have access to these resources throughout their academic journey.
